RETURNS:
We know you will be satisfied with your FC Dallas Gear purchase. If, for some reason, you do need to return your purchase, please be aware of the following requirements.
- All returns require saleable condition and all product packaging.
- Cash, check or charge refunds may be extended only with the original receipt and within 30 day of purchase.
- Purchases less than $100 and all charge purchases are refunded in same tender as purchase. Non-charge purchases over $100 are refunded by corporate check.
- Returns after 30 days may be exchanged for similar merchandise or store credit based on store’s current price.
- Imperfect Product may not be returned or exchanged.
REFUNDS:
For a refund please follow the instructions below:
Place the original packing slip or a copy of the packing slip in the package. Write on the packing slip that you would like a refund or inform us by email. Make sure to include a phone number so we can contact you if needed. Be sure that the return package is sealed properly as to not incur damage during the shipment back to us. FCDallasGear.com is not responsible for any lost packages en route to us for refund and/or exchange. Choose any method of shipping you like, just be sure that it is traceable in case of problems during shipment.
